Dr. Chase Eder, O.D.

Dr. Chase Eder is a dedicated optometrist at Kennedy Vision Health Center serving patients in Plymouth and Elk River, MN.

Originating from Rochester, MN, Dr. Eder developed a passion for preserving vision as a teenager shadowing his optometrist and demonstrates that love of eye care for every patient he sees.

Education & Experience

Dr. Eder earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Minnesota, then went on to achieve his Doctor of Optometry at the Ohio State University, where he became Vice President of his class. To round out his education, Dr. Eder completed rotations in Cincinnati and Chicago before joining the Kennedy Vision Health Center team in his home state of Minnesota.

Get to Know Dr. Eder

Even though Dr. Eder graduated optometry school a Buckeye, he has always considered himself a Minnesota Golden Gopher. When he isn’t providing his exceptional eye care, he can be found watching sports, or even playing them — especially basketball! In addition to hitting the court, he enjoys hiking, trying new food, and traveling. As Dr. Eder settles back into his home state, he and his girlfriend hope to add some feline friends to their family.
