In case of emergency, call us or come in during our open hours. Our doctors are experts when it comes to eyes, and we’re more prepared and equipped to address your situation than an ER generalist. If your emergency occurs after hours, please call 911 if you can’t get ahold of us!

When Should I Call?
Eye emergencies can have varying symptoms, so we recommend contacting us immediately if you’re experiencing any of the following:
- Foreign body in the eye, or the sensation of it
- Chemical exposure
- Severe eye infection, such as pink eye (conjunctivitis)
- Flashes and floaters
- Retinal holes, tears, and detachments
- Increased IOP
- Red eyes or blood in the eye
- Corneal abrasions
- Sports injuries
- Pain
- Sudden loss of vision or double vision
